Free daily transfers to the city center were appreciated, and the comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep after a busy day of exploring. The infinity pool looked inviting and had a swim-up bar. Lastly, the friendly staff made us feel welcome and assisted us with any queries we had.
The location was quite isolated, making it difficult to walk to nearby attractions. the breakfast selection wasn't the greatest and lacked variety.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location in a very local residential area was a refreshing change from the usual touristy spots. It gave me a real sense of the local culture and daily life. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going the extra mile to make sure I had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with a TV and DVD player, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.
No major issues, everything was alright.

Located in a residential area, the hotel is far away from the main Sanur center down a long alleyway. the upside of this location is the privacy and peacefulness of the surroundings. the rooms are well-appointed with top-quality fittings and furnishings, while the kitchen is fully equipped who prefer to cook. the staff are wonderful and offer helpful service during the stay.
The location may not suit those who wish to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Sanur's beachfront activities.

Spent Christmas at a hotel that was a real oasis. the rooms were spacious and included a kitchenette, which was handy for making hot drinks. the hotel was located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the staff were fantastic and attentive, always willing to assist with anything we required.
The hotel was a bit run down and could do with some refurbishment. the breakfast wasn't great and lacked variety.

We loved the spacious apartment with a big living room, kitchen facilities, and bathrooms for each room. The outdoor area with the large swimming pool and beautiful garden was a highlight. We appreciated the free transportation services to and from the hotel, and we found the location down the street to be very convenient.
